Here's a list of TV shows I've seen every episode of. I went a few years without cable, so I downloaded and Netflix'd a bunch of TV and watched it while crafting. Most of these are shows that have ended (some long ago), but a few are still going. Also, please keep in mind that not all of these have tons of episodes. Some had very few. And it's not like I watched these in one sitting. It has taken quite a few years to compile this list of geekery.
