Yoplait Light. The problem is that for so long, there were only so many flavors. I can only eat harvest peach so many times before I get tired of it. So when I sent the Hubs to the grocery store to pick up more yogurt, I said "PLEEEEASE get me some different flavors!" So he did. Red Velvet Cake! It's not quite my Granny's recipe, but fro 110 calories in a cup, it's pretty darn good! The fact that I made an entire blog post about it should tell you how much I like it. You really should try it.
