We went back today and found TONS more fun stuff. I even convinced the Hubs that I needed the Gregorian chants and the "Sounds of Hawaii" albums. Hey, for $0.99 each, how can he complain?

The most expensive album we've bought was a Beach Boys at a vintage shop on St. Simons. The only new one we've bought is Jenny Lewis with the Watson Twins Rabbit Fur Coat (probably my favorite album).
There's just something about vinyl that makes it so much more fun and interactive than with digital or even CD's. There is no fast forward or rewind, only moving the needle. You can't break an album down and make a playlist out of it. You have to listen to and appreciate the entire album. That's why today, I LOVE vinyl!
